What was the highlight of Pullman Paris Montparnasse
Absolutely perfect!
We liked everything about the property. The hotel room and bathroom were aesthetically pleasing and big enough given the European hotel room standards. The hotel in general was very clean with modern and beautiful finishes. The hotel and concierge staff were helpful and could communicate in English, special mention to Gaelle, Charlotte, Laura and Ousmane for all the assistance that they provided.
The housekeeping staff who serviced our hotel room the day before we checked out could have done a better job as on all the other days the service was consistent. Complementary water, some towels and other amenity were not replenished. We had to call housekeeping twice to get these.

Great stay
Lovely hotel with a great vibe and very modern and clean. Good location for trams, underground and buses.
It is a very expensive hotel but you get what you pay for.
